At SecondSends, we want you to love your gear. If you're not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Items that have been clearly used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included flat-rate shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item is returned safely.
Exchanges or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out.
